She climbed a mountain to capture an eagle, faced snow and ice on horseback to hunt......but was very insistent she painted her nails! A true modern woman!

I saw this too and was blown away, an absolutely delightful programme. With so much nasty violent stuff...or just plain drivel on it was a little gem!

Yes i started watching this, it was magical, the bond between the girl and her father, so lovely, had to stop when they went to the Eagle festivvla so i will try and finish it later today.

We watched this a few days ago, on catch up TV. It was about a 13 year old girl from Mongolia, who wanted to be an Eagle Huntress and follow in her father's footsteps. It was a lovely film to watch and she was so determined to succeed, against the odds. Did anyone else see this?
