He was one of the few Strictly contestants I had heard of, Alima. He’s a very funny comedian. Not that his recent behaviour’s anything to laugh about.

The people to blame are the married woman and the man , not the photographer

I had never heard of Seann Walsh before this year’s Strictly. We all know about him now.

No eazybee. It was unnecessary to post pictures and none of his business, but the people most to blame are the couple who have let their partners down and behaved badly

I understood that the apology was for the benefit of followers of Strictly; apologies to their partners should be personal and private.
The person most to blame is the one who photographed the foolish couple, and then posted it. Unpleasant.

He hasn't apologised directly to his girlfriend at all, which I think shows just what sort of person he is.

He seems more concerned about how he might be thought of by the public, rather than thinking how he has hurt his partner of 5 years. She is well out of it.

They both apologised to their partners on Twitter rather than grovelling in person!

Just seen this too but, he didn’t actually apologise to his girlfriend, just in general, said he didn’t really want to comment, then went to great length to say he wasn’t the person being portrayed, loathsome man.

Having had a close friends AC compete in SCD this sort of thing goes on every year. They got caught on camera, she is the professional and married, he is yet another so called celebrity thinking with what's in his underpants instead of his brain.

At the risk of lowering the tone, I like the look of katya's husband!!

Perhaps they could let him go and bring his (ex) girlfriend in instead. She could partner Katya’s husband.

Well apparently it was in homage to an actor called Seann with two ns who played his favourite character in American Pie (a film I’ve never seen).The character was racist, homophobic and misogynistic, according to what I read while browsing from my bed this morning. Yes, I’m way too invested in this. Probably because Seann with two ns was one of the very few celebs I’d heard of in Strictly and I was rooting for the eejit.

I believe he's a comedian/actor and from what I've been reading today, he added the extra n to Sean in homage to some star or other that he is in awe of. Yes I need to get a life!

Celeb industry stuff. Sometimes there is something in it, sometimes staged and sometimes faked. At least Tess back on form. I was worried about her.

I think the fact that he repeatedly told her she was a psycho (according to her) is what's telling against him.

What a pair of wallies, I’d say. What sort of man takes another woman out on his partner’s birthday, for starters? Rebecca Humphries’ statement on Twitter was perfect. “And I’m not sorry that I took the cat”! Let’s hope she left him the steaming litter tray.

Well it takes two to tango? Katya doesn’t seem to be getting the flak in the press as much as Seann, his girlfriend has got her priorities right and has taken their cat!

What a wally - or worse - he is! I suspect his days are numbered as not a lot of women will vote for a man who appears to be so controlling. I don't think strictly can dump him though. For damage limitation, he should resign but I doubt he thinks it's his fault! Men like him make me so angry!

Yet again two stars of Strictly Come Dancing appear hell-bent on proving the notion that dancing is a vertical expression of a horizontal desire. Seann Walsh and his tango partner Katya Jones were filmed outside a pub sharing the kind of smooch that smacked of the last slow-dance at a boozy teenage party. And now Walsh’s partner has really hit back, according to today’s papers.
