Yes, I watched it and was very moved by it. It managed to point out that all children murdered mattered whatever side of the divide they were on. It was indeed a powerful scene between the Northern Irish mothers and Mrs McHugh.
I think all the actors portrayed their parts very well.

I enjoyed it. I thought it was handled very sensitively. I watch it while DH was out so I could have a bit of a cry. The scenes Ireland when Susan McHugh was facing the Irish Mothers was very powerful. I think the actor played her so well. Her shock when asked if she knew the names of any Irish child that had been murdered, really made me sit up and think.

Powerful stuff I thought.

I agree with Unforgotten actress. She really irritated me in the series where she played a high profile lawyer. Have you seem Motherland? If we’re talking about the same actress in Mothers Day you will see her in a VERY different role. It’s very funny.

It was very sad what happened to those poor children, the adults too. But after a while i found it quite boring. mainly do to the actress who played the mother i find she only has one expresion for everything she is in.Its strange how one actor or actress can put you off a drama or film. I am the same with the woman in the series Unforgotton, i couldn't watch it athough i heard it was brilliant as i can't bear the leading female actress.

Did anyone watch this Monday evening?
If so what did you think. A very emotive subject, well handled and well acted imo.
