Anyone watching ?

Jane10 Mon 03-Dec-18 19:03:14

But Nick Knowles was filmed going through Noels bag after Noel had left. Don't they all have bags anyway? Malique seemed to get candle wax on John's bag which led to a bit of a hoo haa.

Katy just means you have excellent eye sight and I would have seen it to if I hadn’t been playing Killer Sudoku at the same time as watching the programme

KatyK Mon 03-Dec-18 18:29:01

Yes he did Annie I noticed it. Oh dear, I should maybe get a life grin

Anniebach Mon 03-Dec-18 18:23:30

I didn’t notice Noel’s bag but so many posted on line staying he had his bag with him Katy ,

KatyK Mon 03-Dec-18 18:02:20

Maybe so Annie . Noel had his bag ready too.

Anniebach Mon 03-Dec-18 17:45:51

It was strange, can it be they are told in advance so all is calm for the camera ?

KatyK Mon 03-Dec-18 12:28:39

Strange that the lad voted out last night was the only one sitting with his jacket on and his back pack packed and on his back. Just saying.

Anniebach Sun 02-Dec-18 22:28:34

Boring

Anniebach Sun 02-Dec-18 20:04:00

It is rather safe this year , I have never like Noel, wonder if he really doesn’t miss tv or if this was part of an attempt to get back into tv

Jane10 Sun 02-Dec-18 19:53:11

I was shocked. I didn't vote for him because I thought he'd be bound to be safe. I do miss him. The others are a bit bland.

Anniebach Sun 02-Dec-18 19:43:24

Poor James isn’t a bundle of fun is he? I wouldn’t really notice if either left

I wasn’t disappointed that Noel went out first , he was shocked though

Jane10 Sun 02-Dec-18 19:21:36

Sair or James?

Anniebach Sun 02-Dec-18 18:30:38

Who will be second to leave ?

DanniRae Sun 02-Dec-18 17:32:16

Yes

KatyK Sun 02-Dec-18 15:23:04

Yes

Jane10 Sun 02-Dec-18 15:16:11

Yes!

Anniebach Sun 02-Dec-18 15:14:37

Anyone still watching ?

Jane10 Wed 28-Nov-18 09:29:14

The hunger, lack of sleep and shared toilet and washing facilities alone would put me off!

EllanVannin Wed 28-Nov-18 09:10:46

Holly is very much out of her depth and comfort zone and it shows. Ryland would have made a better replacement.
I couldn't be doing with all those critters at all as the odd cockroach used to freak me out while staying in Oz.
I couldn't/wouldn't do that for any amount of money------and this show is what it's all about !

My favourite trial was when Carol Thatcher drove a vehicle on ropes, every trial is boring now, I like the bits between trials .

I can’t agree it isn’t the place for Anne, may be good for big egoes to be concerned for someone . She isn’t a twenty something in a bikini, makes a change

I think Harry will win, Holly still irritating

Jane10 Wed 28-Nov-18 08:48:36

I agree Eloethan. I like the exciting challenges like the quest earlier this week. No cruelty just testing activities. The dingo dollar challenges are usually fun. Eating disgusting things is just - disgusting! I don't find it amusing to watch them being showered with insects either. I wish they'd rein that sort of thing back.

Watched this evening to see how Anne was getting on. She was 'my' chaser a while ago and a warm and kind person. She did incredibly well in that horrible 'hospital' which appears to have gained her the respect of her fellow campers.
Holly had a weird skirt but looked ok in white shorts and fell boots. She seems to be giving as good as she gets to Dec with plenty of encouragement from the crew!

Much as I enjoyed watching the developing relationships, often between the most unlikely people, I stopped viewing this several years ago. It had become extremely cruel in my opinion and I started to feel very uncomfortable watching people suffering (yes, I know they volunteer and they get paid but I still don't think it's right).

They showed a clip on Gogglebox the other night and I found it cruel and nasty, including to the snakes involved.

Why can't they just set challenges that are very challenging, scary and a little risky but not out and out sadistic?

Love Harry Redknapp, so different from the impression you get in his pictures where he looks so grumpy. I don't think Anne should have gone in, the others are having to worry about her too much.Yes, Autism is important to understand but not the place to do it.

Anniebach Tue 27-Nov-18 21:56:36

The National Autism Society are praising her, I had no idea how difficult somethings can be .

She did so well, I hope she isn’t voted for again tonight
