Wasn’t it lovely?
I had forgotten how brilliant all the characters were.

Always loved it , doesn’t seem to age.

It's always funny no matter how many times you watch it. I always feel sad for Emma Chambers who played Alice. She was only in her early fifties when she died. sad

Lovely gentle humour, really enjoyed it. Yes, very sad that Emma Chambers did so young.

'died' not 'did'

Yes it was lovely ,although it's always on at Christmas I never tire of The Vicar of Dibley, Dawn French plays her part so well as all the cast do ,Emma Chambers was brilliant as Alice, it's a lovely gentle show to watch,

Sad though that so many of the cast are dead now. Emma Chambers was only in her 50s I think.,

Quite often watch it on Gold - it's still brilliant after all these years as is Dinner Ladies. So sad all these wonderful actors and entertainers are no longer with us.

I enjoyed it so much, my granddaughter loved it as well, that type of comedy is not around any more which is a shame.

It was lovely! Best viewing of the evening! I want to live in Geraldine's cottage.

Wonderful! One of the best episodes from one of the best series ever.

I never tire of it. I also watched The Good Life last night, both classic Christmas viewing.

It was wonderful, it still makes me laugh, such simple innocent humour.
