Yet I watch lots of TV, mostly news and current affairs, plus any good documentary. I’d watch good comedy if there was any.

That song definitely wasn't written for women, Lona. After working eight hours, doing the housework, cooking, after school stuff, supervising homework, getting kids to bed etc., there's precious little time for fun, let alone eight hours sleep.

All the adverts for Purple Bricks, don't know how they help to sell any properties at all.

Oh yes Sara Lorraine Kelly. How could I forget. How did she get to be so famous? She just agrees with everyone and tells them how great they are. I could do that!

That awful advert for some foot condition where the people are dressed up.

God Save the Queen ,I've managed to avoid it most of my life ,even caused a huge row with my then boyfriend(now husband)father when i refused to stand for it at a Masonic dinner dance...I always made sure I went to the loo to avoid it after that and he learned that I wont stand for the Queen ever .In the days when they played it last thing at night on TV I always made it to the off switch before I was forced to listen to even the opening bars .

Just remembered, all adverts aimed at the nether regions, camera angles are almost gynaecological! (sorry for lowering the tone!}

I switch off at every mention of the B words - Brexit or Boris.
Normally I have Radio 4 on most of the day, and Radio 3 in the evening, but now my house is silent while the BBC wallows joyfully in politics for hours every day.
Apparently nothing else has happened in the UK for three years outside politics.

Animal charity ads that show awful footage, including the sound track on one in particular of animal cruelty and suffering.

I know it happens and give regularly to animal charities but I don't want to see it or hear it and IMO they should give a warning before they're shown.

Party political broadcasts - each and every last lying one of them.
