What makes you reach (or run!) for the Off button?

For my late father, it was The Archers theme music, which he referred to as the “dum- de-dums “
At the first notes he would do a Usain Bolt across the room to turn the radio off.
For me, I’m afraid it is The Listening Project.
Intrusive? Boring? I don’t know, I just can’t stand it.
(Just a Minute comes a close second!)

Whingeingmom - yes, whinge away, I'm with you. What is it with the name?
There are more, in fact I said this to DH a couple of weeks ago. We were in the car and Jeremy Vine came on the car radio and I started listing all the annoying Jeremies!

I find Brian Cox really ponderous and boring . He seems to talk without sounding at all enthusiatic .

Now Brian May is a different matter.
