Watching this on catch up this afternoon and i dont know if i can watch any more it is heartbreaking what people can do to another person, so so sad the poor man his life is going from bad to worse because of so called work collegues.

Yes Yorksherlass I wondered if somewhere along the line he planned to turn the tables. I must admit to being very irritated by Thomas at first, anyone who has achieved a management position would surely have more nous than that.

Yes LadyGracie, it certainly does happen in real life! It happened to me. I was once working with a wonderful team of people, we all got along really well. Shift work meant we were often teamed up with diffent individuals but we all got along so well. UNTIL another person joined us! When I say she was toxic I mean she was pure poison! Within a few short weeks she singled people out, manipulated people, invented incidents to cause problems, gossiped about certain people and caused so much trouble that two of the original, hardworking team left virtually overnight, they simply could not stand the strain. She destroyed so much within our team but she was so manipulative with Management that it took them months and months to accept that she was the root cause of all the unpleasantness.

I'm not sure what he could have planned all along, which made the ending a bit disappointing. The whole office was involved, so it would have been impossible to orchestrate.

I also thought that recording her on his phone was just so predictable - that might have worked as a 'twist' years ago, but surely nowadays she would have been wise to that possibility.

I don't think the police would have come out over what she called him either.

Overall, it was an interesting concept, and one that is relevant to a lot of people, unfortunately, but there were so many holes in the plot that it just didn't work for me.

I hated this for the fact that, with a laudable subject, it could have been so good, and was just a ham fisted mixture of “The Secret Life of Five Year Olds” and the worst parts of “The Apprentice”.

I started watching it but 15 minutes in I was not enjoying it at all. On to Gransnet, and having read the comments, I went to the end. I will delete it now. I know of course that this goes on, and it's awful. However I am in mood for an entertaining light hearted programme, this is not for me.
