Seeing as we're all staying in a little lot more, we'd imagine the telly is getting a fair amount of attention. If you want to chat about whatever you're watching while it's on (or the next day) please do check our Telly forum topic and join in if there's already a conversation running. If not, why not start one? There's almost certainly someone else on here who's watching alongside you and would love the opportunity to dissect the plot/suggest whodunnit/debate actor's suitability to role/just want to say they love or hate it.
We watched the online comedy quiz in the Covid Arms - what an absolute load of rubbish. It was obviously targeted at millennials with lots of screaming at the camera and categories such as The Chase and Serial killers. We gave up after a few rounds and watched Graham Norton on iPlayer
Is Bob Ross the painter chappie? I'd watched Grayson Perry and thought this would be similar. At least I now know who paints the pictures reproduced on the cheapo boxes of chocs my auntie used to give me. They were b. awful too Tonight I'll be watching A Question of Sport and HIGNFY
Fell asleep again watching Bob so need to rewatch to see how his triptych turns out...some things are sent to help us get through crises in our lives; Bob Ross was sent to me to help me sleep. Love'ya'Bob….
Oranges and Sunshine tonight on BBC2 at 23:20 Ive seen it before but it's worth another watch. It's about the Nottingham social worker Margaret Humphries and the scandal of the children sent to Australia
DH , myself and the ? will be watching Peter Kay tonight. He makes me belly-laugh with his witty observations of folk from all walks of life (both real and imagined). I miss him coming out with any new stuff since he slipped out of the limelight, but wish him, his family and especially his lovely Mum well.
If anyone can't sleep can I recommend The Joy of Painting on BBC4 [quite late]. I've yet to stay awake for the whole 30 minutes but then have to rewatch to see how the painting turns out...even though they are truly awful. Bob Ross was a cult figure in his day, I believe.
Oh yes please Pantglas Very easy on the eye? Brunette ? I recognise some of the faces but those I know are Brit Ekland, Zandra Rhodes and Duncan Bannatyne
I too will be watching the Marigold Hotel as I enjoyed the previous ones. Which means I'll have to give Beat the Chasers a miss tonight because I've been enjoying that too, but never mind it'll be on tomorrow
