I always looked for to listening to the radio plat at 2.15 each afternoon. I sit in my summerhouse and it’s my little bit of peace . Lately the plays have been tedious and I’ve turned off after 10 mins. Sometimes I stick it out and then wonder why I did. Anyone else found this?

Me too, they are pretty dire just now, in fact I have found them very dark and quite depressing for a while.
I would like something a bit more positive especially now.
I suppose the schedules are all set out, but surely some leeway in these times.

There can be some absolute gems on the radio but as you say, there can be some really dreary programmes. I now tend to use BBC sounds and choose what I want to hear.

I wish they'd bring back the Play for Today that used to be on the TV. There were some really brilliant plays put on then.
