Brilliant mini series on Netflix.

Briefly, an orphan is taught how to play Chess by her Childrens Home Caretaker, set in the 1950s. Very atmospheric.

I don’t play chess, but I was absorbed.

Haven't got Netflix, But, when my parents took me to Belgium in the early 1950's, we had duvets / continental quilts then.
A real novelty, but I also loved the huge square pillows.
