Another brilliant night.
I loved Rose's Argentine Tango.
AJ and Kai were brilliant too.
I felt a bit disappointed with John and Johannas, not sure why, didn't really like the music, that might have been it.
Rhys was ok, but I didn't like the music for that either.
I think its between Rhys and John to go.

I've been going to contemporary dance performances since seeing LCDT 50 years ago under the direction of Robert Cohan. Having said that, this is the first time that I've seen proper contemporary dance and I thought it was wonderful.

However, Rose and Giovanni's Argentine Tango was absolutely brilliant. So 2 votes for Rose and 1 for John.

PS Pina Bausch is very well known in contemporary dance circles.

AJ's quickstep was sensational. An example of perpetual motion! How she maintained the accuracy I can't imagine. And I also thought her rumba was worthy of the final. It's difficult but she created a character and remained in it.
This episode should have been the final!

Show just absolutely wonderful tonight. All just such a high standard. So Rose and Giovanni 's Tango was something exceptional, I was mesmerised. Their waltz was exquisite and effortlessly controlled. AJs Quickstep was just up my street. Her dress and the style of this quickstep reminded me of the old Fred Astair and Ginger Rodgers films. Loved it. My heart is with Rhys and his dancing, he's so good now. They all are. And I've run out of expletives.
So - - AJ, Rhys and Rose for the Final for me.

I would like Rose, Rhys and AJ in the final; I don't think John and Johannes have developed in the past few weeks in the way the others have, and I think John would have been better with a different partner.
But it will be a close run thing, taking place now I imagine.

Regarding contemporary dance just remembered something called Ghost Dance performed by Rambert Ballet. Had it recorded and watched it repeatedly. So I guess I like some.
Agree with Sparklefizz about Anton's over the top behaviour.
Hopefully dance off between Rhys and John.

Rose, AJ, and John for the final. AJ to win. Although I think it will be Rose.

I loved the show tonight, as I usually do.
They all deserved to be in tonight's semi-final.

Who will be in the dance off? I think it will be John & Rhys.
I look forward to tomorrow evening, ( hope not to see any "spoilers").

Some fabulous dances tonight. Rose is my favourite by a country mile but I did like AJ's quickstep.

It was a mighty semi-final wasn’t it?
I voted for Rose, AJ and John so by default I am saying Rhys to leave.
If Rose and Gio dance to the standard they did tonight I think they will be the worthy winners next week.
A J is a winner too - she has a career pretty much assured in the West End if she wants it I would imagine.

I thought they were all wonderful and can’t predict the dance off. A really high standard all round.
As for Anton, I suppose he’s trying to develop a persona, like Craig and Bruno, to ensure he stays next year as I read Bruno is angling to return.

Rose's Argentine Tango was perfection but I might add A's rhumba was very moving.

I personally couldn`t see why the judges were so enamoured of John and Johannes`s Couples Choice, I thought it was boring. And their jive only seemed like a jive for the second half. But what do I know?

I was going to give all of my votes to AJ but I simply had to give one of them to Rose. Both couples quite wonderful. The other two were pretty good too but felt the men were more about themselves than their dancing.

AJ was my favourite tonight followed by Rose. Rhys was unlucky to do a samba however he tried his best. Did not like John's couples choice and as for his jive he barely did any steps but showed off with some flicks. Sorry but he isn't half as good as Rhys although it's likely to be Rhys sent home. Rose or AJ to win.

I agree*kissngate * I feel Rhys is much better than John. Especially since Rhys has been able to control his emotions a little more while dancing.
