I thought Mimi and her Dame Edna voice was the most annoying character on the street. But I actually enjoyed the fun and games between her and Evelyn tonight. Phil’s ex wife looks familiar. I think maybe she played a snooty character in Emmerdale years ago.

I hate the Spider storyline. I hope it’s not going drag on for months but suspect it probably will. He was a pain the first time round and it looks like he hasn’t changed.

I find the Corrie thread often doesn’t appear on ‘trending’, after I have posted something on it.

I think GNHQ are not fans of the programme.

I think poor old Spider is a dreadful actor, as an activist I nearly fall asleep when he’s on I don’t think he could activate a whirlwind it would drop off the radar to his drone

I have a soft spot for poor old Spider, although I hope he's not another one who is up to no good. Toyah needs a break from wrong 'uns.

How convenient that Toyah was able to slip into the office and locate the box that contained a key with Brewery clearly tagged on it. Are we now to believe there’s no cctv covering the area despite all the previous dramas that have occurred there? Hostages/sexual assault/blackmail/guns to name a few.

Surely Spider could have used some bolt cutters to get into the brewery and save Toyah a trip to the police station. And why wasn’t our Craigy there to stop them in their tracks ?

I'm glad to see Evelyn has the measure of Mimi and isn't letting her get away with her shenanigans and she's not afraid to speak her mind. Corrie is lucky to have such a brilliant actress as Maureen Lipman she's a breath of fresh air in the show. Fiz needs to stop pandering to the conniving Mimi and develop a backbone or she'll never get a moment's peace. Mind you, I'm sure the wedding is doomed anyway and Fiz will back out.
