Aadi and Kelly are a sweet couple, but as it's Corrie, it can't last, can it?

I am another one who cannot understand how Kelly got away with being involved in Seb's ' murder.
I think the writers got carried away with the story then suddenly remembered that they wanted Kelly as a permanent character. If she had to serve a prison sentence she would have to be off screen.
Soaps are always doing this though.That is why they build up stories like characters ''going to Oxford'' or another university then suddenly it is forgotten so the character can remain on the street.

Maybe it's because she's a really good young actress they give her more stories? Can't see Jack getting a bigger storyline any time soon!

From what I understand there is more chance of a young person getting jailed for just being near an offence (joint enterprise) than there is of getting off with taking any form of active part in a murder.

All the same, I'm not sure that jailing Kelly would have been the right thing to do. She had a terrible childhood, got involved with the gang by mistake, and did try to stop Cory from attacking Seb and Nina. She's basically a decent girl, and I wish her well with Addie.

Good point, Mouseybrown . Gail’s children all have different accents, despite having lived in the same house, gone to the same schools etc as one another. David is the only one from any of the four Platt generations with a recognisable Manx accent.

Eileen is looking nice. I'd put it down to a good haircut rather than 'work'. (Or the love of a good, large, man!)

I too can’t quite believe that a real life motor mechanic would have bright red painted talons after a day servicing, repairing and MOTing vehicles.

The current Summer is a better actress, shame she has such hopeless scripts to work with.

The poor girl who plays Summer is given the most miserable story lines coming across as a right drip. I find myself telling the boyfriend to run for the hills.
I love the partnership between Mary and George’s sister. Great new character, full of beans.

Ahh, Kelly and Addy. How sweet. Obviously Dev was going to object to the 'engagement', especially with that ring. But now Gary and Maria are going to let them live together at their place. Must be another of those elastic residences, like Gail's and Eileen's.
