Think Joseph is such a good little actor. Is there romance for Roy now as well as his operation? Looks as if the acid thrower could walk free, not a good message for those that suffer stalking if he does. When will Ryan pull himself together?

I suppose Ryan does feel he ended up like he did because of Daisy, who had treated him badly in the past. He is the one who is left with awful scars, outwardly at least. Goodness knows how he will react when he finds ‘Crystal’ is Daisy all along.

I find Daisy’s staring into space, with her huge eyes, over emphasised voice and perfectly made up lips a bit wearing, tbh, and will be glad when this is another drawn out story line that is finished.

Loved Gemma's wedding dress... perfect... the lights were the ' icing on the cake' ( oooops )

Cried with Paul, cried with Gemma and cried with Bernice...... very moving.

Roy and Evelyn are brilliant together, I hope the writers remain with this friendship.

Brain, the Italian cousin and Mary are hilarious. Poor Mary.... brilliant acting.

Surely he can't walk free. I wonder if the writers are making it look like a shoo-in for him, only to have some sort of twist at the end of the trial. For once there are no spoilers online as far as I can see.

I think the sister might come out with some last minute evidence against her brother, deciding to spill the beans on some past incident or other, even though she has been siding with him lately.

Yes, she does look very uneasy.

Bad guys generally get their come uppance in soaps.

maureen lipman is a real asset to corrie.

Evelyn is hilarious. Max’s angst is rather dull. The crystal sh1t is about to hit the fan. Thank goodness for the guilty verdict, I couldn’t cope with a continuation of that story.

I agree. Well done that jury. Mind you they must have seen the records of hundreds of stalking emails and actions. Also poor Ryan's court appearance was heart rending. Why plot to frame the stalker in the day of Daisy's wedding? Oh well. That's Corrie.
Poor Max too. He's quite right not to expect a warm welcome home. David is certainly being paid back for his awful behaviour as a lad.

My memory of soap plots is not the best so I could be wrong, but didn't Daisy try to trip him up so that he would be caught in the act? Not frame him as such, as he was definitely guilty, but make sure that he was arrested. She had tried telling the police, but it was getting her nowhere, so she wanted to get proof.

If that is the case, there may be an appeal, and her ridiculous 'Crystal' behaviour will work against her if so.

I have grown to rather like Daisy.
Still can't stand Evelyn though.

I am sure Stephen will be back any day soon sporting a lovely suntan. He must have been away for his annual break I think.

I'm sure Justin's sister is up to no good. She's plotting something, I think. Maybe revenge on Daisy? And Daniel's got his suspicions about Ryan and Daisy's relationship. Have you noticed that Ryan's scarring is worse some days than others? And why haven't his mum/brother stepfather been to see him in his hour of need? I know Auntie Carla is looking after him but still.......

Michelle is obviously still recovering from her op, even though it was ages ago. Otherwise I’m sure she would have rushed over to Weatherfield to support Ryan at the trial. . No one seems to mention her at all.

Good job Auntie Carla is here, and not swanned off with Peter on his sailing holiday.

The Crystal storyline is awful. When does dopey Daisy with her Bambi eyes think it will be a good time to tell Ryan the truth?

Yes corrie did very well . 'Daisy' charlotte jordan picked up several awards, 'roy' actor david neilson got an award and even stephen nominated but all u against the other soaps so can't win them all.
nominated storylines were up against each other with corrie winning the stalking one so 'ryan , daisy ect on stage again
and maureen lipman as evelyn was awarded for comedy.

I think Evelyn is great, love her character but still not as good as Blanche with her one liners.
The Crystal story line is irritating now, time to bring it to an end. Some interesting times ahead according to the spoilers with Sarah, Toyah and Stephen.

Ryan's mum is currently busy with her new job as school cook at Waterloo Road. His 'brother' is a doctor. You'd think he'd turn up. Also I never saw Auntie Carla exchange two word with Ryan before this storyline. Oh well.
