It's a shame Angela was put out. Her Argentine Tango last week was a better fit for her. Nigel must have a huge fan base

Nigel must have a huge fan base
But why?

Sparklefizz, I wondered that too. I'm starting to think that your daughter may be right.

I still love Strictly, looking forward to musicals next week.

Sparklefizz Sun 26-Nov-23 20:32:39

I wondered last time if she just says that because she knows it doesn't count anyway, and it makes the result look less of a fix. My daughter is convinced it's all a fix, and I must admit that often the marks seem crazy and don't dovetail with the judges' comments 5 minutes earlier.

I think that's the second time that Shirley has said that she would have saved the outgoing couple, ( so disagreeing with the other 3 judges.)

Do you think maybe she's a bit cross because she hasn't had an occasion to cast that deciding vote this year?

aggie Sun 26-Nov-23 20:13:44

I mean Layton !

aggie Sun 26-Nov-23 20:12:08

Performance is right , he performs , but not necessarily dances

Callistemon21 Sun 26-Nov-23 20:11:46

Ailidh

Sorry to see Angela go, she's far better than Nigel.

I thought Layton really upped his performance and danced with great elan, frock-thing notwithstanding.

Yes, it should have been Nigel, not Angela.

But I must be impartial, it's not because I still can't take to him!
Angela is the better dancer.

I think Carlos was crying at the end.
I'm sorry to see Angela go. I think she had more to give and I enjoyed watching her.

Touching tributes from Angela to Carlos and vice versa.

GrannyGravy13 Sun 26-Nov-23 20:02:26

😡😡😡

Callistemon21 Sun 26-Nov-23 20:01:42

Sparklefizz

Craig has never been pro Angela

No, he hasn't, no surprise there.

Joseann Sun 26-Nov-23 19:58:53

Wot Shirley?

Sparklefizz Sun 26-Nov-23 19:56:50

Craig has never been pro Angela

Callistemon21 Sun 26-Nov-23 19:56:17

I'm glad I don't have to choose!

Callistemon21 Sun 26-Nov-23 19:53:55

I think Layton will get through.

Calendargirl Sun 26-Nov-23 19:50:16

Come on Angela!

I hope Layton goes, but am sure he won’t.

Callistemon21 Sun 26-Nov-23 19:49:41

Millie22

So do I as it was possibly the transformation challenge.

😂

Grannynannywanny Sun 26-Nov-23 19:49:24

I’m glad Annabelle is safe till next week

TillyTrotter Sun 26-Nov-23 19:48:44

(Angela wins on the outfit question - Leyton’s is too pink!)

TillyTrotter Sun 26-Nov-23 19:47:46

Judges could be split on this dance off.

Sparklefizz Sun 26-Nov-23 19:45:55

Correct Joseann - Definitely a dilly costume. grin

Calendargirl Sun 26-Nov-23 19:44:10

Yes, that ghastly pink ‘drag’ dress would put anyone off voting.
