I think it's really wrong the way they keep perving on Nigel having a bath, and then making disgusting remarks, as if he has chosen to show himself to everyone naked. It was ITV who chose to show that footage. They haven't done it to anyone else. Imagine if they did that to Nella and then made horrible remarks about seeing her bare bum. You can bet there would be absolute outrage and accusations of racism!

Absolutely! If anybody made unkind comments about Nella or her body shape they would be thrown off the programme.

She has calmed down a bit but when she was shouting in NF’s face that black people didn’t like him, had it been the other way round and he was shouting in her face “white people don’t like you” there would have been outcry and he would have been outta there quicker than you can say “jungle”.

There are plenty of double standards around in our society and some of the filming and editing by ITV is reflecting this. No doubt if a direct accusation was made, those responsible would throw up their hands and say who me? no of course not but it’s quite clear for everyone to see. They would absolutely not show Nella naked in the shower because she’d scream racism. They haven’t shown anyone else except Nigel Farage. I wonder why?

There’s often shower shots of naked men on I’m a Celebrity though - I can remember Gino, and Jimmy Bullard - and no doubt more since but I can’t remember who.

Farage wants as much exposure as possible and he knows showering naked will help that. I should think for £1.5 million he's agreed to anything. Just turn it off if it offends/upsets you.

This is deliberately meant to humiliate him, but from what I've seen posted elsewhere most people agree it's wrong and that:
a) at least he keeps himself clean (don't the others wash?)
b) he doesn't look bad for a man of his age.

I think Nigel is quite thick skinned and doesn't really care as long as he gets exposure.... in both senses!

After the last challenge they had hundreds of insects and buckets of stinking rotten offal thrown on them, followed by feathers. Ant and Dec said how much it stank. I'm just wondering how Nella manages to clean her hair because it all magically seems to disappear later on. It can't easily be washed or rinsed through like short straight hair, so how on earth does she get it clean?

The more modest wear their pants when they shower and turn away form the cameras when they wash themselves maddyone, as has always been the case - honestly, they can be exhibitionists if they want to, or modest if they want to. There’s loads of images online if anybody wants to Google the long list of exhibitionists.

Yes, they all do it, you turn away from the camera, wash your front, pants still on at the back, then turn round and do the same. It’s a waterfall shower, so the soap is easily washed away. I’ll stop there, I’m not a shower watcher, makes me sound a bit creepy - but it’s on every year.

I don’t care how they wash themselves, I’m talking about the focus that ITV put on one participant. There hasn’t been the same focus on other participants. Except last night when there was a focus on the totally inadequate shower facilities in the loser’s camp last night.

Ablutions should be private, away from the cameras.
It seems voyeuristic and verging on perverted behaviour to film them.

Totally agree - and you don’t need to suffer it all as the following day all the ‘highlights’ are repeated on every channel incessantly! Awful programme - need more Gogglebox and more Dog House UK please
