I'll go first 😀

I've watched Episode 1 of the Duchess of Sussex's lifestyle show on Netflix (a relaxed half hour over an early lunch) I enjoyed it! It's very beautiful in Montecito where they live, the camera loves her, she's a working wife and mother ... what's not to like?

I'll run for cover now... 😁

I don’t have a skillet -not even sure what it is actually- so I thought my frying pan would do. Hers looked just like spaghetti but yes maybe it should have been noodles?

I had to use jiffy lemon not fresh, but actually I do think a bit of lemon perked it up

I separated the spaghetti with a knife and fork and in the end it was ok. I’ve eaten worse.

About as joyful as my cooking gets I’m afraid.😬

Americans tend to call many different types of pasta 'noodles'.

I enjoyed the first episode. Very relaxing and feelgood. Will be watching more.

I agree, someone commented in the paper over the weekend that it's like paging through a glossy magazine smile.

I caught a bit on "Lorraine" earlier this week where a commentator being interviewed said the hate directed at Meghan is out of proportion to her "crime" of having made a lifestyle programme. I wish Meghan (and her family) the best for this venture.

I can't believe I watched any of this! It was maybe half of it.
Unfortunately there were things in the bee section that made me feel quite cross which meant I was less well disposed than I might have been otherwise.

I did find her (strangely) rather bossy with her easy-going make-up artist friend - mainly during candle making. For example he said he loved the smell of the beeswax on its own so she virtually overrode that and put fragrant oils in - peppermint and eucalyptus!.. Why?

Also, if you are making a bath salt mix with Epsom Salts, why put pink salt in? It won't dissolve the same and will be gritty until it does. Also, being salt it may dry out sensitive skin... it will (surely) work against The Epsom salt?
And please dilute your essential oil in a carrier first...

So many problems in such a short time...grin
I really think I've watched enough - it was desperately slow too...though the photography was good!

Does anyone truly live that lifestyle? Surely one would have / need staff

In a clip I saw today NotSpaghetti She leant across the table full of thumbprint cookies that they were filling with jam and dragged her white shirt across them. It's something you learn not to do id you do a lot of cooking.

I’m watching Prue Leith’s Cotswolds Kitchen.
Lovely kitchen, super garden, spectacular views, great recipes, visits from genuine friends and family love.

Watch and learn, Meghan.
