Meanwhile the DeeDee and James story was soooo boring. I wanted to fast forward till they were off. Can't stand DeeDee with her tongue out all the time and the silly little baby voice. Also, why all cram into that house? She has a two bedroom flat.

I agree Aveline DeeDee and James as co parents, I forsee so many pitfalls there.
Tod needs to dump Theo before the coercive control gets even more out of hand. Wouldn’t it be nice to have the odd happy story along the way.

I am getting so bored with the Deedee story. She is a dreadful actor too and the storyline is pathetic. She really should go.

Do people agree that ‘Kev’ looks too poorly for it just to be makeup? Surely even the best makeup artists can’t make someone look that ill and frail?
I hope he’s ok but if you compare how he looks now with how he looks on Classic Corrie, you have to ask how someone can age that fast.

No idea where Adam is supposed to be, but his law firm must be on its last legs if it’s having to rely on Dee Dee fitting in a bit of work alongside carting a baby about all the time.

As for Abi, Kevin, Jack, Debbie, Carl…..another silly storyline limps on.

Theo threatened someone (I can't remember who) very nastily a few weeks ago.
They are definitely sewing the seeds of a coercive control story ( though his wife shows no sign of having been controlled in that manner).

I want Todd to live happily ever after with James. They could adopt a baby and make great parents. George should move in with Glenda. (Is she in the pub on her own?) Mary should live with Brian. It really is much easier than Corrie scriptwriters are making it.

If I heard correctly Swarla will be moving into No. 6 this week. So conveyancing is super fast on the Street too. Neighbours has the same timescales. Cara decided to be a policewoman in June and was fully qualified by July. My son's friend is about 10 months into a difficult recruitment process to join the police. He has to pass each round before he can move into the next stage. I don't know how many rounds there are but understandably they have to be sure they have the right people.

Yes, Theo is a control freak. I hope Todd wakes up soon but I suspect we will get to the stage of a showdown with James who will have been sympathising with Todd in secret. If so, I hope he lays Theo out. Todd is lost without Eileen and her 'mouth' to tell him to get rid sharpish. He needs a new 'knight in shining armour'.

Dee Dee really irritating. Gone from hardly able to be in the same room as Laila to cooing and giggling over every little move and action. Wouldn’t want her to be ‘soliciting’ for me, as her mind wouldn’t be on the job, too busy looking at endless photos on her phone.

Oh, of course, it allowed for the ‘accidental’ meet up with Auntie Rani or Gee, or whatever she’s called. Highly unlikely that a backstreet pub would be where an elderly lady headed for after a long flight- would have expected her to go to Dev’s home. But a good excuse for Dev to speak in an even more ridiculous voice, ‘Bernadine’ nearly as bad sounding like Mary Berry, and for Lauren to be introduced as the stroppy, mardy GF, and also to showcase yet more new clothes.
