It is very well done. The actor playing Todd is very good, but Theo less so. I'm finding the abusive relationship more believable than I did the Yasmeen/Geoff one.

I thought Todd's eye looked bruised.
Ryan looked as though he was wearing his Mum's old blouse. I couldn't take my eyes off it!

Now and then, we get a good night of excellent acting. I wish Theo would take a one-way ticket anywhere but please leave Todd alive.

I can't stand Carl and I certainly do not trust him.

Yes, Carl is truly awful, and so is Abi now imho, not only for the cheating and not caring at all about the thought of leaving Jack, but for going along with all horrible Carl’s schemes. And I too wish Theo and his whole horrible family would disappear.

Then seeing as people rarely leave the street to find a new partner, perhaps Todd and James…?

And Kevin hardly ever questioning why she is dressed up all the time and never at home.

We've done the Coronation Street tour too. It was great. Even my husband enjoyed it and he hates Coronation Street. We rang a taxi and they were called Street Cars.

I wish I had! My niece who is obviously much younger than me and very broad minded says it is disgusting now, particularly all the sexual comments between Theo and Todd.

Yikes! Debbie and Ronnie's flat! I would need a lie down after 10 minutes in there. I know Debbie is flamboyant but...

Not that many years ago Coronation Street was family viewing.
Not any more.

There is too much bed hopping. I don't think it is necessary and neither are the sexual comments between Theo and Todd.

For the umpteenth time, I wish we had the options of 'like' buttons etc.
I have to agree with recent posters that Corrie has far too many storylines centred around sex these days. Is the watershed still in existence for what's acceptable before a certain time?
The present scriptwriters are the worse we have ever had. I don't watch other soaps. Are they all sex mad these days?

Despite its many current irritations, some old ingrained loyalty still has me rooting for Corrie 😂.

It's not family viewing as young people aren't interested in watching Corrie.
I think there are some interesting storylines and the balance is a little better. Some episodes are terrific. There are characters I don't like but that's just personal preference.
