Am so sick of DeeDee simpering away and lisping in her baby voice that I just fast forward through her scenes. It's transformed Corrie for me!

I so agree about Deedee. I fast forward through her scenes too. She gets on my nerves and I am hoping she goes. Irritating doesn’t begin to describe her and that voice makes me wince.

I do wish the people who hire the ‘actors’ for Corrie would check to see if they actually CAN act first!

That makes two of us, BlueBelle. The passport fiasco was what did it for me. Whoever thought that one up needs to find another job as they clearly can’t write. What a ridiculous storyline.

DeeDee, so annoying, can’t act. Abi, wish she would clear off with Karl, both deserve each other.
They need new writers and to replace some actors that can act.

Abi is a nasty piece of work. I was hoping when she was brazen enough to stand in her own kitchen leaving a voicemail for Karl that she’d look round to find Kevin had heard every word.

It looks like Karl is going to lead Brodie astray and involve him in some dodgy car dealings. Pity Kevin didn’t report Karl to the police when he had the chance.

I think Kevin is looking a lot better, health wise.

Hope his shrunken, aged look was when he had his cancer diagnosis, not poorly in real life.

Yes Kevin looked so much better. Even just casting off his old fleece and wearing that brightly coloured shirt made such a difference.

I hope he ditches his scruffy old fleece and ditches Abi. He deserves some happiness . I’d like to see Abi’s miserable face if he finds a new partner. I’m picturing Abi arriving in the Rovers to find Kevin behind the bar canoodling with Brenda 😀

I used to like Deedee when she first started on Corrie, but I agree, her simpering gets on my nerves.

There must be one overworked baby sitter looking after the Corrie children because the parents appear to be able to go where and when they like, and money is not an issue.

The continuity with Carl's beard/clean shaven look is all over the place.

I couldn’t figure out what was different about him last night near the end. It was his puny face when it was clean shaven!

I like Abi and Carl. They look more of a couple than her and wizened Kevin. Sorry. They also have more potential stories than her just settling back down with Kevin. You have to think of the writers.

Somewhere on the cobbles is a place full of Corrie kids. The quads, Joseph, Alfie, Harry, all self sufficient with no need for parenting.

Probably all in the strange community centre.
