Imran is Alfie's dad and Toyah tried to get custody of him when her and Imran were still together.
Who was Alfie’s father?
Goodness that boy /coach thing is really getting on my nerves he looks about 12 and she doesn’t look much older It’s just a silly storyline
I m finding I m really quite out of love with Corrie at the moment
Would Kev really be able to get custardy of Alfie it’s not his son and the father is dead

Where is Daniel? Perhaps he has left the series; if so I missed his departure. He isn't mentioned, and hasn't appeared for so long.
He’s in tonight’s episode, just seen his name in the tv guide.
Yes - there he was. Perhaps he will become part of yet another 'love triangle' storyline, with the impossibly matched couple. I had begun to think that he had sunk without trace.
Theo is so manipulative. Todd doesn’t know which way’s up, and his friends are backing away because of how Theo has engineered things.
I think this story is very well written. Todd is acting well, too. Theo is more of a pantomime villain though.
Oh, yet again, Theo has managed to make it all about himself, leaving Todd just not knowing what he is supposed to be doing.
I’ll tell you Todd.
“We’re done Theo. I can’t put up with this childish behaviour any longer. This is it, over, finished, end of the line”,
And mean it.

Whether Tim was glad of it or not, it was abuse, as he was a child. If the sexes were reversed and it was an older man seducing a young girl I don't think it would seem blurred at all.
Agreed about Sally and Tim - it's good to have at least one happy couple.

Am I the only one irritated by Sally going on and on about Tim's ex-girlfriend being a child abuser, manipulative, etc.
I think she's blowing it up out of all proportion and actually doing more damage - now even Tim's thinking there was something wrong about what happened.
If his ex had been a teacher or someone in a position of authority over Tim, then fair enough. But as far as I can see, it was just underage sex with an older woman, and Tim was glad of it - as would most teenage boys.
I agree, but then I start thinking, am I at fault for not seeing this as a concern, even though it happened 30+ years ago, (not sure of Tim’s age)?
And of course, if it had been 14 year old Sally with a 20 year old man? 🤷♀️
I totally agree most lads of that age would have been thrilled to have been with an older Mrs Robinson lady, and would have been the envy of his friends.
Tim did not appear to have been at all traumatised by it, well, not until Sally alerted him to it.
It does seem a shame that Sally and Tim’s relationship has turned sour. I’ve always enjoyed their banter.
I suppose that storyline is to underline whats going on with that boy from the pub and his coach. However, it does feel silly.

I think the Todd/Theo story is well done.
Theo doesn't like Todd being the breadwinner, so has engineered his unemployment, which also alienated him from George, who was part of the support network Theo is busy dismantling (Billy is now off-limits to Todd, too). By asking George to come round, Theo seems the good guy, when that is far from the case.
Todd is gradually losing his sense of self, and doubting his own decisions, whilst also trying to keep Theo sweet, in case he has one of his 'turns'. When he heeds the support of his friends, he will find there is nobody left. I also hope that Christina or Sarah will see through Theo's act and step in, or that Eileen or Jason will come home for Christmas and rescue him.
I wish Autocarrot would stop changing 'Theo' to 'Thwor' for some reason!
I wasn't a fan of Theo when he arrived but the controlling relationship is being done very well. It's good to show that although coercive relationship victims are usually women that men can suffer too whether in a straight or gay relationship.

I’m not keen on Tim’s latest look, he seems quite scary.
Is he worrying about his past relationship with Trisha, or is he fancying her again?
Clawdy
Can't really see why Theo plotted to make Todd lose his job. Now they are both jobless and without money.
But can still keep popping to the Rovers every touch and turn.
Todd wasn’t very organised for this big funeral though.
His four best white shirts just sitting waiting to be ironed? Why on earth did he not get them ironed and hung in his wardrobe the day before? Then nasty Theo couldn’t have stuck them in the washer.
I do like Kit and Sarah, they look to have a real connection.
But of course, Brody is going to ruin it, coming in (to Sarah’s home remember), sticking his feet on the coffee table, ready to watch the footy and expecting his dad’s GF to make him some food and drink.
Come on Kit, start as you mean to go on and square him up!
But oh no, will be too worried about alienating the little brat.
Was Theo like it with his wife I wonder!
It's a power thing Clawdy

Yes I am hoping Christina realises what is happening to Todd.
The actor who plays Todd is doing a great job. He never gets much in the way of storylines lately but he was very convincing last night. George looked suitably shocked too.

Poor Todd really is in the clutches of the vile Theo. He’s becoming more downtrodden with each episode.
I’ve warmed to Christina in recent weeks. She appears to be on the list of Corrie characters who start off very unpleasant and evolve into good eggs. I’m hoping she might be Todd’s saviour.
Yes, I am liking Christina too and she can act, unlike some. At the beginning, I wondered if she was going to use George for her own ends but she's turning out ok.
Todd will need someone because Theo has him just where he wants him.
