Corrie Yet Again!

Yes, Bukkie, I keep saying (shouting at the telly) that Carla could easily pull down her gag, with her hands tied (and not too tightly) in front of her. She could probably undo her feet and hands as well with just a little bit of effort. It’s good of Becky to keep redoing Carla’s make up for her though, isn’t it? She looks as fresh as a daisy after her days in the cupboard.

I wonder what Becky’s long-term plan is? Skip off to Spain with Lisa and Betsy, and just hope that they never get to hear about the corpse found in her old flat? That’d work, for sure.

I also admired Carla's combed, washed hair and flawless makeup.

If Becky goes to Spain, I hope there is space for Maggie and Will. I cannot stand either, and I have to add Megan to that lot.

There are so many stupid story lines.

I have been ‘going off’ Corrie for ages but I really am beginning to realise that I now dislike more of the characters than I like! I absolutely LOATHE Maggie in particular. Everything she does grates on me, especially her facial gurning, yet I understand she was in another series for a long time, so that must just be me.
Corrie is like a curse! Once it enters your brain, you can’t seem to ditch it, but boy, sometimes I would really love to. Giving up smoking was easier than this!

I’m going to pop my head above the parapet again in Maggie’s defence. I’m intrigued by her and looking forward to seeing what she’ll get up to next.

We’ve yet to see how she’s linked to Ken since she had the curious expression on her face when she saw whatever it was in his cupboard.

Yes, it’s Ken’s house, but how many other people live there, or have lived there?

I listened to the Archers omnibus today. Harrison, aka Corrie’s Theo, was back. When I heard that voice I was immediately on alert, expecting something bad to happen!

BlueBelle I totally agree. Will we club together and book transport for most of them? I dislike more than I like. I hope that Todd survives the treatment he is receiving from Theo.

I can’t wait to see what Abi does now she knows that James has been taking his shopping in round the back with Carl. 😉🤣

I think Abby will have to go . I can't concentrate on the story if she is talking because he lips are getting bigger and glossier every day and her face looks like it's been coated in vaseline. Its so off putting .

I can live without Abbie, and am looking forward to seeing the back of Theo and Becky, but the rest of them are ok by me. They are sometimes annoying, but so are people in real life - if they were all sanitised and likeable it wouldn't be a British soap.

I want to keep Christina, she is turning into a great character and I think she will be Todd's saviour. I like Bernie too, another good actress. I have always liked Eva and I like Ben and Ollie. I love little Susie, I think she is great and a perfect match to be Eva's daughter. Evelyn is brilliant with her one liners and sarcasm, And bring back Aadi and give his some decent stories, he was a great actor who was so underused. And why oh why they are getting rid of Debbie I don't know.

Bukkie, I agree with all you have said. I wasn’t keen on Cristina at first but she has won me over. Evelyn is probably my favourite, but then, I have liked her for many years. Maggie is vile but probably essential to the story so I’ll put up with her. For now!! 🙁

Evelyn is as wonderful as Blanche. Cassie has grown on me too. I like her bickering with Traceyluv.
