Swearing on The Dyers Caravan Park

It's Danny and Dani Dyer - I'd be very surprised if they weren't swearing, to be honest!

Having only seen Danny Dyer in ‘Enders and Who Do You Think You Are I have never heard him swear. (Will not be watching his latest programme, doesn’t appeal).

He is vile. Cannot abide him or his fake, overpowering accent.

He isn't royalty and I don't like him because of his matey 'I'm just one of the lads so I swear a lot' attitude.

I’ve seen him a few times on chat shows and he comes across as the character he plays in Eastenders but with a lot of swearing.

I saw him on the Jonathan Ross show at the weekend along with his daughter. They showed a preview of their caravan park programme and I couldn’t sit through an episode of it.

I had the misfortune yesterday of seeing a clip of the Gordon Ramsay documentary on netflix and catching some of the aforementioned Danny Dyer programme.

Talk about effing and blinding overload!

It's so unnecessary and had I have been on that caravan park with my children I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere.

And they speak like that in front of their children. I don't get it.

It’s the first time I’ve ’encountered’ him outside Eastenders (and I don’t watch that). Sounds like the Caravan program is his usual demeanour. Don’t watch Gordon Ramsey for same reason, though I was going to try his documentary to give him a second chance but another post says that’s full of swearing too. Grrrrr. Totally unnecessary.

I hate people using the ‘f’ word as if it is just another word in their vocabulary, without even being angry, so not using it as a swear word is traditionally used. Heard a young couple who actually looked lovely having a conversation at the bus stop the other week, and their conversation about a meeting with friends was peppered with the ‘f’ word, yet neither was using it like a swear word, it just prefaced friends names they met up with etc.
Don’t know this Dyer man though would probs recognise him, I have never watched Eastenders, but if he is as bad as Gordon Ramsay will give his caravan programme a miss. Sadly some comedians use the ‘f’ word regularly in their stand up act, I generally give them a miss too.

I think he enjoys acting up to his sweary East End persona.

The caravan programme had an excoriating review in today’s Guardian.

Don’t watch eastenders but was interested in this programme but the constant swearing wasn’t relevant and out me off. Just too much.

Awful man . Why do people think it's normal natural and OK to use the f word over and over .

I would never watch anything with him in I was so pleased when he left Eastenders,

It's just a word. I'm not watching though as it seems too similar to the show Johnny Vegas did. I enjoyed that,because he's quite likeable. Danny and Dani Dyer are not.

I watched it for around 15 minutes then turned off because it was so ‘dire’. 😄 geddit?

I dont know anything about these two except their names, but the accent and the constant swearing was enough.

I'm not a fan but his accent is not fake it's just overexaggerated. Everything I have ever seen him in he swears and overacts the hard man. A very poor actor I think.

Also can't stand him or Gordon Ramsey as every one else says theres no need to keep swearing.

The reviews say the same. Hence I didn't watch it.

If he's in 'Celebrity Traitors' as has been leaked and the BBC can't curb his language then I won't be watching that either - and I love the series and have watched them all (including the Aussie, NZ and Canada ones - I just gave up on the screechy US ones with Alan Cumming's in-your-face homosexuality).

We watch as a three-generation family but won't want to if DD is ****away. And ditto if it's bleeped out.

He claims he can't help it and doesn't realise! Bah humbug.
