My boss came back from a week away today. Before he went I said that as I have been there almost 3 months, we should schedule a review meeting.
He decided to do it today 
I said " well, I'm happy, how about you?"
He replied "No, I'm not happy, I'm delighted!"
I'm very 
So am I phoenix. 
He was extremely complimentary about my work, my contribution to the business as a whole and my attitude. Also said that it was clear that I cared about the school (which I do).
As I was leaving he nabbed me to discuss business cards and when I made some suggestions about design, he said "I'm discovering more and more of your talents" 
I think I'll give it another 3 months and then ask for a pay rise!
