Well done Phoenix It sounds as if it's a relaxed and rewarding sort of place to work in. People are out to create "beautiful things" rather than just making money and therefore the whole ethos is very different.

I hardly think so roses but I am very happy there (even though his nibs had "one on him" today, but even that worked out really well, I was on brownie points for noticing!) and I do feel respected and valued, which I think every employee should feel, if a boss is doing things right.
