To go to sleep on a mattress on the floor at 15:42 on a Monday afternoon?

Backstory:
I had a nosebleed this morning and it is all over my mattress so I am lying on a spare mattress on the floor. I am wearing nothing but a housecoat, knickers and a long tshirt and I am lying on top of a throw, with my earphones in listening to relaxing music. I have been very wound up as a result of this lockdown and I made myself get ready today with a full face of makeup, and my nice but casual clothes, went into the garden and was freezing so I thought f**k this, I'm going for a lie down. AIBU?

I've started to lie down every day after lunch . None of my friends do this.
I listen to The honest guys meditation for half an hour and it's great.

DH and I have "Stressless" chairs, and they are!
Fatal to lie back in them after lunch; we miss a lot of Father brown or whatever is being repeated!
Does us both good (we are both beyond 3 score and 10).
Only regret is losing the time to do other things, but Manana as the Spanish say.
If you fall asleep, you need it, so relax and go with the flow

FlyingHandbag, the title:

'To go to sleep on a mattress on the floor at 15:42 on a Monday afternoon?' sounds just like me.

If I'm tired, I'll do just that, snuggle down on my mattress and watch telly or listen to music, why not? YANBU
