My heart goes out to you and DD! Hope she's working with doctors who specialize in these problems. Sending lots of positive vibes!

Thank you all so much. It's terribly painful seeing her go through it, the first was 13 weeks at a dating scan, and then my grandaugher came 11 months later, then she lost very early in January.
I had 4 miscarriages after my 2nd and didn't conceive again, diagnosed with APA a blood clotting disorder ? so my daughter is painfully aware x

Sending you and your DD lots of positive vibes for a successful pregnancy and birth Deni1963 smile My 34 year old DD was told she would never have children and had a baby girl last year against all odds . Miracles can and do happen . x

DD3 had 3 miscarriages before becoming pregnant with her 1st. She now has 3 children and no more miscarriages. Positive vibes to go with a positive experience.

Definitely sending good vibes. My youngest Dd has a 3 year old and had two miscarriages last year. One was a missed miscarriage discovered at her 13 week scan. She then had a cancer scare. Has now been given the all clear so our fingers are crossed.
Hope all goes well.

It is more common than you might think and also quite common to go on and have more children, especially if it was an early miscarriage. Not sure they even give pregnant women who have miscarried any special treatment because it is quite common.

Wishing her all the best and you too. Sometimes a longer age gap can lead to an excellent sibling relationship. Please let us know how it goes

Oh my goodness Denil963 how awful for your DD and perhaps even worse for you, trying to support her through it all. Just to wish you all the very best and say you must only be thinking of calming and beautiful things from now on.
Watching Chelsea on TV last week, I was reminded of something called 'Forest bathing' which is basically all about walking through woods and trees and gardens....evidently all that greenery is good for you. Its certainly helped me of late....so find a lovely wood and go for a walk with your lovely family. All the very best X

After a miscarriage in January ( her 2nd), one before my grandaughter ( now 3), my daughter had a positive test today. Of course elated for her and her partner, and of course scared it will happen again.
Kind thoughts and positive vibes all goes smoothly this time ?
