Right, that's it, I'm sick of it!

Hello all, and sending rather damp good wishesblush

I am currently battling a bit of bronchitis/chest infection.

The disturbed sleep, I can put up with, after all MR P's alarm clock goes off at 4.30 (although Minnie will often disturb him before then, wanting to play "mummies & kittens confused)

However, despite using (ahem) what another GN member said that her DH referred to as piddle pads", I am on my 3rd pair of pants & trousers today shockblush

Thank goodness I'm at home, and not at work, damp denim would just be so embarrassing.

Not a happy Phoenix.

phoenix how are you doing now? I’m in a similar situation at the moment, going through lots of “piddle pads” love the term?. I’ve found the Aldi and Lidl own brand ones quite good.

I’d be interested to hear if anyone with stress incontinence has ever got completely cured. I’ve done my pelvic floor exercises, gone to physiotherapist, got electronic gadget to help etc. I got referred to gynaecologist, who offered surgery, but apart from the vaginal mesh scandal, I heard that it can lead to interstitial cystitis in some women.
I might start another thread to get other’s experiences.
Meanwhile, every time I think my efforts are making a difference, I get a nasty cold and I think the constant coughing weakens the pelvic floor muscles again.

I recommend taking a look at some products from HARTMANN Direct their products are comfortable, high-quality and do the job well.
