Am I alone in thinking that organisations such as English Heritage should extend the time period of their annual tickets, given that, because of the coronavirus, we have been unable to visit them for so much of the year? Yes, they did extend the time period for 3 months because of closure from April to June last year, but won't be extending tickets again in the light of the current advice to stay at home. I realise that this is a challenging time for charities, but it is for families too. We bought family membership for our son and his family, and, they have hardly had any opportunity to use their membership in the past year. I think more good will would be generated if they were to be a little more accommodating. I'd love to know what others think about this.
