He comes to my house and immediately points out any bit of crumb or fluff on my floor, to make me feel like an inadequate housekeeper. He fetches the dustpan and brush to clean them, which I should feel thankful for, except to add injury to insult he make more mess and mayhem trying to clean than there was already. Would it be unreasonable to stop him visiting until he can accept my home as it is? He turned two last month and has been doing this since he was about 20 months old.

Oh! After the thread from Jalima after mine only two threads or so back, I find setting off a message like this as a spoof to rather offensive. I'll be very careful helping people with my thoughts in future.

Sorry, Jalima. I meant the comment from Lisagran.

My two year old granddaughter picks up crumbs and any tiny bits of fluff on the floor. She shows me what she has proudly found and then pops it in the bin. I’m greatful that she does this. It doesn’t make me feel inadequate at all she’s only trying to be helpful.
You definitely shouldn’t ban her over something like this. She’s only two !!!

Mumble....You have to start as you mean to go on, being two years old is no excuse at all.
