Its dry at the moment with some cloud, wet later maybe here in Brackley this morning.

I'm glad you enjoyed it shandi6570, it's an Australian recipe introduced to me by my relatives over there.

I must throw off this inertia and make some myself as we have a glut of courgettes/zucchinis.
