My poor little Millie.

Such sad news merlot. It's always difficult when a loved pet reaches the end of the road and I've been in tears myself about it several times. But Millie is lucky dog to have had a happy and loving home. As you say, lots of TLC for her and I hope she has a peaceful passing.

I' m so sorry that this is happening. It's the worst feeling losing a pet particularly when there are other things going on as well. She's in familiar surrounds anyway which is a blessing in disguise. All best wishes at this time. x

Awwww so sorry to hear this. Give her the best ever time until you have to make the call.

I could still cry for my lovely ( and only) mongrel female dog who died in 1989. I've had cats ever since and am on my fourth ( and hopefully, my last) now. The first cat was special though and I was heartbroken to lose him after keeping him alive with daily insulin jabs for 3 years, but I miss them all still.

Oh merlot . Another blow at the lowest of times, already.

Poor Peggy is going to wonder what's going on as her mum won't be able to run around the garden with her. We have to keep her quiet with no exertion at all. Millie will be as good as gold though - she always is.
