Gransnet needs your thoughts: what do you find frustrating about the internet?

We all know how great the internet can be (which is why we're all here of course!) - but sometimes it can be more of a hindrance than a help.

We're working with Google to try and find out what people find annoying about the internet, and work with their developers to come up with some solutions. As well as inviting 20 gransnetters to join us in London to meet Google, we'd also like to get an idea of what you find annoying about the internet. We'll take these into account and hopefully can get to work on solving your issues.

I've just managed to delete Google Earth because the photos were't showing (dh likes to see where he is going fishing) and can't down load the new one.

As an antidote to my Twitter/Facebook cynicism (was it just because I had no idea how to join?), I've somehow managed to sign up to Twitter, but now I have no idea how to submit a message and create a following (I've only just realised that's what it's about!). I can't imagine anyone wanting to follow my daily doings or me having time to follow anyone else's. Instructions on-line never seem to make sense to my kind of brain.
