I wish I was as slim as you travel ...and no doubt I would be if I only followed your example. but the mince pies and Baileys are calling.

Weetabix.
Beans on toast (2 slices, loads of butter).
Crisps and a mince pie after giving blood (good excuse!).
And DH is making a spaghetti dish for tea with olives and spicy sausage.
In and amongst, half a dozen dried figs, a pomegranate, an apple and a couple of satsumas.
No alcohol (or maybe just a teensy Baileys, seeing as lemongrove has put it in my head. ?

One slice of toast.

Afternoon tea, consisting of:
Prawn cocktail served in small glass cup.
Finger sandwiches, ham & mustard
smoked salmon
cream cheese &
cucumber.
Fruit scone, jam and cream
Tiny lemon meringue pie
Vanilla custard tart with fresh fruits
Chocolate brownie
Choux pastry swan (looked beautiful)

(There were two sponge cakes which I didn't eat as I'm not keen).

Not thinking about supper yet!

Porridge for breakfast and then a six hour fast and two litres of water in the last hour to prepare for a scan.
Since I’ve come home I have had a mince pie and sherry( so feeling merry) and am looking forward to some fish and mushy pies.

Toad in the hole was a big deal because I am hopeless at Yorkshire pudding normally, but this recipe was great.

I added a bag of chocolate coins and a slice of toast to yesterday’s tally before bed.

Just as well it’s a fast day today, so no food till teatime.

Two Ryvita and a banana.
Omelette, salad, sweet potato chips.
Apple, Alpen bar
Tea, coffee and a tin of pink lemonade.

That doesn't look a lot, must have another peep in the fridge.

2 thickly buttered crumpets, hot chocolate.

Fillet of beef,fried onions and cauliflower and broccoli in cheese sauce
2 Frosted Fancies ( Mr Kipling )

Coffees in between.

Tea, oats soaked in milk with a spoonful of mixed seeds, prunes & apricots, Greek yoghurt, small glass orange juice.
Coffee.
Cornish pasty from local baker. 1 satsuma.
2 cups tea.
Cheese omelet, Anna potatoes, salad.
Apple sponge pudding & cream.
1 glass wine.

Fast day.
Portion of mussels in white wine sauce, with crusty bread, no butter.
Celery, satsuma, apple, 6 dates.

Roll on tomorrow.

Yesterday I had toast with goats cheese.
Tuna and pasta salad.
Small bunch of grapes.
Smoked haddock fishcakes with carrots and saute potatoes.
A very small portion of rice pudding.
Several cups of tea.

Corned beef and lettuce sandwich, half a bag of baked crisps

Mince pie with a small amount of cream
About to have Sainsbury's fillet, half a pack of Aldi roasted tomato risotto, veg and a cup of tea.

Supernoodles (one of my guilty pleasures), with a dollop of pesto and a big hunk of Brie that needed eating.

Slice of Christmas cake.
DH has just gone to fetch the fish, chips and mushy peas.
And some sort of alcohol will be enjoyed later.
Not my healthiest day, but it is nearly Christmas.

Yoghurt, banana and gluten-free cornflakes. Lunch with friend - tomato soup, small Waitrose quiche, and small helping of apple strudel.
Haven't decided on evening meal yet.

It was the Christmas party at the day centre I run, so I had a cheese cob (roll, bap, whatever you call it), a couple of chicken goujons, a sausage roll, a few crisps, a mince pie and a chocolate eclair.... plus a lager (weak stuff).

Since I got home, I've has 1pt of cider, 1/2 pint of lager, a mince pie and a fishcake.

Mincemeat fruit bun (made a loaf, buns were leftover mixture).

Lamb steak, sautè potatoes, peas, mushrooms.
Another mincemeat bun, cup of tea.
2 cheese straws and half a cup of coffee (too busy chatting with grandson).

Seems odd that it’s friday and I didn’t have any wine! (I will resolve that tomorrow night)

A small omelette made from leftover beaten egg from baking for breakfast (with my shredded wheat and blueberries). For lunch another small omelette, this time with cheese, from another portion of leftover beaten egg, with two chunks Co-op white farmhouse, and a Co-op puff pastry mince pie. I don't want to waste anything.

this morning i had 3 walnuts, greek yog and a satsumawith tea and a coffe.

Lunchtime nothing as out and about delivering Christmas gifts and seeing family.

Just now i had a cheese and spinach omlette with a large grilled tomato and some mushrooms. Also two slices of toasted wholemeal bread as i was very hungry.Now i am stuffed!!!!

If i get peckish later i have fresh fruit salad in the fridge i may tuck into.

Garlic bread with garlic sausage, loads of cheese and garlic sauce at the Christmas market (anti-social, but delish!).

A sharon fruit, an apple.
And there’s a bottle of winter spiced cider in the fridge with my name on it for later.
