Can you dance?

I love music of all sorts, and I used to be a really good singer, but dancing, no ?. I think it is because I am so self conscious .
I can waltz with DH, and used to like a barn dance.
I never was any good at dancing at a Disco though. I just stood and sort of wiggled about.?

I feel sure I have some great moves locked inside this old body, but my brain just stops me from allowing it.

Yes I've been a dancer since I first took tap dance lessons when I was around 7 years old. I still love to dance, any dance, from the jive to a waltz, from Disco to dashing white sergeant, I can do it all... . It's my first love!

Not a good dancer but I put my name down for zumba tomorrow.

As long as I don't have to wear a stetson!

Used to love it, well jigging around happily, the looks from the family the last time they saw me said it all. Haven’t dared since. May go back to kitchen dancing.

Loved my linedancing, went for years then had to give up as dh was poorly.

Have tried going back but cant seem to muster the enthusiasm.

As my name suggests, I love Salsa dancing. It can be quite sexy (depending on who you dance with). It's certainly good exercise.

I go to an Over 50s modern dance class in our local leisure centre, provided free by our local council.
It is an absolute hoot! I have a walking disability, lots of the ladies have creaky knees, & most all of us are hopeless dancers but it is great fun & I would really recommend it ?

I used to be good at Scottish country dancing, (well I thought I was , as we were taught it at school. Once I was thrown out of the dance class at secondary school by the PE teacher because I honestly thought the dance Strip the willow was called, Strip the widow !

My friends and I used to go to fundraising ladies nights, where everyone was great at line dancing, but I hadn't a clue what I was doing! Eventually I gave up trying, as just I caused chaos. ?

My friend, who is even smaller than me, used to partner each other for dances such as the St Bernard's Waltz and Pride of Erin. I kept forgetting I was supposed to be the male partner and we would fall about laughing.
Thinking back, it was great for lifting your mood.

When I can dance, I am first up and last to sit down. Love it, all sorts. I did Zumba for years but can't find a class near me now. DH doesn't dance so I mostly do it on my own .

I love many sorts of music I went to ballet classes for years as a child, and could jive if I had a good partner in the old days but no rhythm for years

My lovely older had the most beautiful 'cha cha cha' hips - danced beautifully - dancing with the angels now?

I was good at Scottish Country Dancing when I was young, but that was well in the past. Was never any good at the ballroom dancing. A BF once tried to teach me to tango, but I just couldn't relax. That relationship didn't last very long.
