I was up at six, ate yoghurt, granola, mango and a large latte at seven - but I'm in one of those hungry modes so might have some bacon later!

Porridge with fresh fruit & yogurt.

Just one toasted crumpet so far. I'm never hungry in the mornings.

Just sat down to cheesy scrambled egg on brown toast.

Our breakfast was lovely. We had some cherry tomatoes that needed using up so we added those as well to our avocado and egg.

Same every day porridge drizzled with honey and a cup of decaff tea.

Special K ( or shops own brand equivalent) sliced banana and milk. Cup of tea or coffee.
Very occasionally a full English then no lunch.

Fresh raspberries, blueberries, fat free Greek yogurt a teaspoon of nutty granola and a small drizzle of honey over the top

Overnight oats with fresh fruit.

Regular pot of yoghurt laced with Dorset cereal, small banana, seven prunes, few walnuts and a drink of squeezed lime/lemon juice enhanced with honey and fresh ginger. Should say this is more like brunch as I seldom eat before 11 other than when I'm lunching out.

Llamedos13

Cranberry muffin and a big mug of coffee.

Mine rarely changes - grapefruit, 2 custard creams and a big mug of milky coffee - but of all the breakfasts listed here yours is the only one I’m a little envious of Llamedos13 .
It sounds delicious. I think I’ll be buying cranberry muffins next time I’m shopping! 🤣🤣🤣

Two poached eggs on granary toast and a handful of cherry tomatoes, a mug of good coffee. This alternates with muesli and a few spoons of fresh fruit (I buy bags of frozen summer fruits, take some out the night before, works perfectly).

However, this healthy and saint like breakfast was followed 3 hours later by a fresh cream strawberry tart bought when shopping in Asda. grin

Blueberries, Black cherries, half a banana, greek yogurt with teaspoon of mixed seeds sprinkled on top.

A small amount of granola topped with, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, goji berries, semi dried figs and apricots. Finished off with a blob of honey and a cholesterol drink. It's my favourite meal.

Breakfast is a treat as I’m usually doing the 16:8. When I do eat breakfast it’s porridge and fresh fruit. I’m less disciplined as the day goes on.

MiniMoon Sat 18-Mar-23 23:46:56

Usually just a cup of tea. If I'm feeling particularly hungry then I'll have a slice of toast.
