Has anyone any experience of this company please? We are looking to change suppliers and have been looking at Octopus. I would be grateful for any thoughts/experience of them. Thank you.

I moved us a couple of weeks ago before Shell sell their utilities business, we may have been on a mandatory transfer to someone I didn’t want.
I think, by reading this, I’ve done the right thing.

I just have to check if I am tied in with EDF and any exit charges and then I will start the process.

Octopus is easily the most transparent and informative energy company they put the rest to shame. I’ve been with them for 2 yrs and will not be changing.
