Now I understand how gransnet works. It's ok to be rude to someone as long as you're clever enough to do it 'within the rules'. But it's not ok to complain to that person that you feel they've upset someone.Therefore, what we should do is contact HQ, although nothing will be done because no rules have been broken. I think I'll lift the large bag of stuff for the charity shop and the knitted squares for my ongoing blanket-project from the handlebars of my exercise bike (hidden behind the door in the front room), and hop on it....but first I must finish off my cup of tea. I've just eaten rather a lot of goats' cheese as it was going out of date. Perhaps I'll get indigestion if I go on the bike just now, though .......

I've been using a sittingdown one, i.e.the pedals with a real chair, at physio and it is so easy I dont think it's doing me much good.
