Someone's post another thread about the 'how to bag a MILF' on the homepage the other day got me thinking.... are they many good-looking celeb granddads out there?

Personally I wouldn't mind a bit of Pierce Brosnan grin at least for a nice cup of Darjeeling and a walk on the pier.... grin

#confessionsofanageingletch

I've seen Richard Allam and I completely fell in love with him.

Sigh.

Phoenix has Mr P still got his "beastly urges" smile

KatyK Thu 03-Apr-14 19:04:55

A bit embarrassed to say this but Richard Madeley blush

KatyK Thu 03-Apr-14 19:05:31

Sorry meant to say - Richard is a step-grandfather I think.

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:06:15

here's one for Soutra

(You would need sunglasses with those teeth.)

Ana Thu 03-Apr-14 19:07:16

shockshockshock KatyK!!!

jingl, I must admit that when I opened that link of yours I did feel a sort of...frisson! grin Don't feel like that about him in endeavour, though.

Ana Thu 03-Apr-14 19:07:40

Endeavour

KatyK Thu 03-Apr-14 19:10:22

Ana - I know. I am ashamed of myself but I think that, although I find him completely irritating and smug, he is rather attractive. I seem to recall someone on another thread saying they had met him and he was lovely, so I am forgiving myself somewhat.

Nonu Thu 03-Apr-14 19:13:01

Well I was reading about this chap, who is a grandfather at 27 !!!!!!!
His daughter had a child at 13 , staggering !!

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:14:43

"a frisson" grin

Is that what you call that tongue-hanging-out moment? grin

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:16:01

You sure you wouldn't squash him KatyK?

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:17:16

I was reading about Rod Stewart. Seems he fathered a child when he was thirteen!

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:19:21

KatyK blush I did n't mean that you were big! Just that he's so skinny.

KatyK Thu 03-Apr-14 19:22:02

Jingl - That's funny! I am not very big so no offence taken. smile I'm smaller than Judy anyway - she seems to cope!

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 03-Apr-14 19:22:44

True. She does.

NanKate Thu 03-Apr-14 21:18:00

Thank you for the explanations of the acronyms - obviously I must be a bit naive.

So to get into the swing of things - in about 10 years time there is a possibility that Professor Brian Cox could be a grandfather and I think he is scrumptious.

However, all being well, I should be 77 in ten years time and a bit too old for him. Heyho that's life.

Silverfish Thu 03-Apr-14 21:18:41

Sean Evans is the one I'd like to..(have a night out with). I can forget he's young enough to be my grandson, hes sooo gorgeous

NanKate Thu 03-Apr-14 22:16:41

I've just looked up who Sean Evans is Silverfish.

One of my first boyfriends looked like him and seeing him in Endeavour brings back lots of memories - all very innocent if you compare them to today.

Hope you both have a good night out.

Soutra Thu 03-Apr-14 22:28:27

No need to be insulting jingl - if he's your taste you're welcome to him.

I'm pretty sure Clooney isn't a GF but he is old enough.
