I made a lovely mug cake today, I'm going to have it now. It is very quick and easy. This is how I did it. I hope you enjoy it. X
Pour a small amount of milk (probably a bit less than you would put into your tea) into a cup, and crush six biscuits into it (I used oreos). Keep crushing the biscuits and milk together with a fork until it becomes a sort of paste. Add a small amount of chocolate (optional, I used chocolate orange pieces but you can use any, Kinder Bueno would be lovely) microwave on full power for 1min 20 secs, checking intermittently. Leave to set. X
