My daughters Asda in Brighton has no toilet rolls left. Shelves steipped bare. Sounds like panic buying. Has anyone else experienced this?

“Common sense is a fallacy.”

A myth propagated by a belief in the myth of English exceptionalism

Who said it just existed in England? confused

I'm afraid we can plead all we like but these idiots will continue their selfish behaviour whatever we say. The only way it can be controlled is with some kind of rationing in the stores.

I was just doing my Sainsburys online order and checking that we’ve got toilet roll only to find I’ve also got 6 roll-on deodorants, 4 tubes of toothpaste and 8 bars of soap squirrelled away upstairs. I’m not stockpiling, honest, I just add certain staples automatically. I’ve deleted them from this week’s order anyway. And I’ve already got 7 rolls of TP, that’ll do for us!

Common sense is a fallacy.

Common sense? There's nothing common about it.
Good to see in Morrisons today, pallets of loo rolls on special offer. Buy whatever you need, the sign said. I didn't see any kind of panic buying.
