Exactly GJ. It's semi conservatory (ugh) with fifty/fifty glass and whinstone. Perfect when the sun's high and temperature low. Love it in there.

Hectually, I like to use my pre warmed bone China gazunder which Lizzie, my chambermaid, removes the moment I ring the bell ...such a treasure that girl! Comes from a long line of family retainers here at Pantglas Towers ?

Ooh, I have two bathrooms- both with full size bath and shower, one upstairs and one down-(the maid hates the extra cleaning but what can I do?). Does this enable me to qualify to the 'one-up-man-ship' club?
I do hope so- if not we also have a conservatory and a summer house (aka Mr M's shed)- will these do as an alternative entry?
