I'm very often awake in the early hours but try to avoid screen time for fear of it keeping me more awake! Instead, I listen to a podcast on my phone and have just listened to my first audio book, Becoming, Michelle Obama. At least it's not disturbing Mr. Manc! Anyone done the National Sleep Survey? My score suggests I see a doctor?

Lockdown must have been a hard start to retirement. Time to do all things you want-but none of them allowed.
I could do some work from home, but was desperate to get back, routine and company are the things I miss most.
Time zones must have complicated things too. I’m glad you’ve got that sorted.

Hi Mollygo it is by Terry Lyme Thomas. Apparently a US best seller and more than likely to be another book that as l finish it will think ‘ load of rubbish’.
I would like to find a credible author that writes a good thriller crime book or convincing love story without sex ,rape murders and violence.
I have at times resulted to buying fact because I found fiction too fictional ? if you know what I mean? Fiction doesn’t have to mean utter rubbish !
I need that book that beckons me at 21.45 and I can’t wait to open it’s pages ?.
I have bought serious books about history and politics and that’s a day time read for me. I’m going to start the skinny book tonight so l’ll let you know ?? Recommendations welcome.

Nearly forgot, retirement was early due to health issues and so welcomed. ☝???
