Late again! Yes N&G Norfolk has been very wet and cold with it. We can’t remember the last time we had decent weather in the UK unless we were in our own garden. There’s a reason why the Med became popular! Still tomorrow looks better ?

Busy day for us. Simply Food with stepfather. Then the Trafford Centre for quick return before half term next week. Then on to pick up delivery from post office for dear child - she who works full time as a teacher so we are Team Back Up.
Afterwards a Registrar from ENT hospital rang me. A triage appointment. Lovely lady who took a very detailed history of my on going six months symptoms before arranging up to date blood tests and an MRI scan.
Afterwards, picked the boy wonder and li’l miss up from their wonderful childminder to help out. Played in their back garden in the sunshine whilst waiting for sausage rolls (good ‘ol M&S) to warm up in the oven. Daddy came home just as I’d settled them to eat. Bye bye everybody!
We then drove home and then walked over to our favourite bar for 2 scoops. Why not? We felt we deserved them and had much (family stuff) to chat about.
Himself is now watching Man. Utd poor thing. I’m much more relaxed. About to continue with ‘Mare of Easttown’.
Thinking of BladeAnnie who will be so excited up there in Gretna Green right now!

We had a lovely beach walk yesterday. The sun came out ?
I’m utterly stuffed, lunch at a friend’s house with a mutual friend, as a late breakfast/lunch person weetabix and fruit, my poor old tum isn’t used to it. It was lovely, chatting in the garden for a couple of hours. I’m getting there with the book muse, page 245 out of 382, it feels indulgent just sitting and reading, normally a bedtime or holiday pursuit. The garden was planted out this morning, I’m very pleased, another couple of months should see it start to meld together, pictures attached. Izabella how rude of people, get out from the Aga and ignore those who are brave from behind a keyboard. Ans BladeAnnie, we rejoice in your happiness as we empathise with others misfortune and sadness. It’s your time to shine, we applaud you and yours ⭐️
