Are you more tense ?

I am so like that. I can't do tension at all. My daughter had to tell me how Caliphate ended because I couldn't actually deal with the stress.
And I have to watch something light/humorous before bed.

i am the same as flexiblefriend, i don't get as tense as i did years ago, maybe feeling more tense is an age thing with some people and less tense as in a whatever feeling with others, i know things that i used to worry about or get annoyed about don't seem to be as important as they used to be.

you are not alone, me too. Can't watch anything too dramatic at night or I dream about it.

As I've got older I think I've become more tense over things.
For example if I'm watching tv and during the build up to something dramatic and especially if they are playing tense music , I get taken along with it. Likewise a film I used to be able to watch I cannot as it's too scary. Am I alone ?
