Young people who misuse the word ‘like’, e.g ‘I was like, wow’ etc. Sometimes I count the number of ‘likes’ in a sentence (yes, I know, sad ..,). I read some time ago of a school which had banned misuse of the word and almost, like, cheered.

Peoples inability to make even the simplest of decisions without consulting all friends for hours on end

The fashion for young white people to insist on using language / phrases originating from other communities. Particularly using language/ expressions which are part of the speech patterns of people from the Afro Caribbean communities. It drives me nuts and sounds ridiculous
