I don't really expect anyone to answer this on here, but were those of you who advocate corporal punishment hit as children?
If the answer is yes (and excuses about how it was 'just' smacking, or that it was discipline don't count), then can't you see that this is proof of how damaging it is? That you are perpetuating the idea that violence is the way to deal with violence?
