I do'nt know what happened for there to be two duplicate posts from me this morning, and so spaced apart, too, other than to say the Internet was playing up yet again, so although I'd pressed send, nothing has happened so thought it hadn't posted at all. Oh the wonders of the web!! ??

hollysteers I feel your pain with the red wine. I do enjoy it but have to stick to o e glass with a meal. I’m on a lot of meds. Also, because of my brain injury, the effects on my wonky semi paralysed leg are magnified.
