Harry’s juggling balls!

Meghan is doing her serious promotion of her new ‘give 40 minutes’ chat and Harry is in the background juggling (or attempting to) and causing a disruption to the proceedings. I’m baffled as to why. Perhaps he’s getting over the saving the world claptrap and decided to take the p**s, or perhaps he just wanted attention like a child. It’s just so bizarre, or is it just me being a grumpy old bat?

Sparklefizz

Perhaps Harry will be auditioning for Cirque Soleil?

grin

My thoughts on the video….?

Ellianne Thu 05-Aug-21 10:00:23

I saw that show at The Royal Albert Hall.
I think Harry might have to be careful not to hang himself on the silks suspended from the ceiling.

Ellianne Thu 05-Aug-21 10:01:38

That was to Callistemon.
Sorry, we have a little storm in the west, phone playing up.

I don’t understand what any of it was supposed to be about, apart from this immensely privileged couple getting themselves noticed yet again. As for forty minutes with some enormously rich person who has most likely never done a normal day’s work in their life, I’m left speeechless. I admire Adele but what advice could she possibly offer to a normal woman doing a normal 9-5 job in a normal office. Ridiculous self serving grandiose behaviour yet again again from Meghan, and stupid, childish behaviour from Harry.

Very perceptive of you PC. This could be a new style of filming, interacting with people you can't even see!

Oh, please send us some rain, otherwise I will have to water the pots!

I thought they were auditioning for a comedy programme - it was meant to be serious then?

maddyone Thu 05-Aug-21 10:31:36

I think the forty minutes ‘support’ for women was supposed to be serious Callistemon, but I haven’t the first idea what was going on with Harry. Nonetheless I’m sure he finds juggling in the garden much more worthwhile than doing royal duties in the UK.

Thank you Ellianne - il pleut! ?

That was quick.

Callistemon Thu 05-Aug-21 10:52:40

If it's not meant to be a spoof then subtle emasculation comes to mind hmm
Strong woman, useless man in the background juggling but dropping his balls.

Of course, someone will come along in a moment declaring that to be cod psychology
?

I thought it was rather sweet - if totally staged and (considering both women claim to be actors) really hammy

Interestingly no sign of that smug smirk I dislike.

FannyCornforth Thu 05-Aug-21 11:02:12

Perhaps he’s banished from the house when the missus is doing the grown up stuff?

FannyCornforth Thu 05-Aug-21 11:03:12

The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous dog curled up by the mantelpiece

MayBee70 Thu 05-Aug-21 11:04:47

My first thought was what a cold, clinical room it was.

FannyCornforth Thu 05-Aug-21 11:05:28

Next time he might be playing with a bubble wand

timetogo2016 Thu 05-Aug-21 11:06:37

Why oh why oh why ?, needs to do some growing up i think.

maddyone Thu 05-Aug-21 11:09:14

Juggling like a child in the garden, is this what he left the RF for?

trisher Thu 05-Aug-21 11:57:41

I loved it when my children did circus skills with their youth organisation and joined in the juggling classes. It was fun! Have others never done things like this? You've missed out!

JaneJudge Thu 05-Aug-21 12:21:45

I used to go on the trampoline when my kids were at school

JaneJudge Thu 05-Aug-21 12:22:06

my dog was always just as disgusted as Meghan's dog

Ellianne Thu 05-Aug-21 12:22:25

I haven't missed out, we always did juggling with the children on PGL breaks and spinning those top things.
I think the key words are "children, youth and circus."
But Harry looked cool in his shades.

So why mention it !?

Mine wins the prize for snoozing during important family discussions. Just discussing a trip to France.
